Gem Smoky Quartz (Belsky Coll.)

Item Description

A drop dead limpid smoky quartz crystal from the Goscheneralp and the Howard Belsky Swiss Collection. The water-clear crystal has fine light smoky color and a dramatic sharp complex termination. Very interestingly, the prism faces are gem-clear while the termination faces are lightly frosted. A few prism faces have nifty stepped-growth. Complete all-around and in very good shape. Gentle bruising to the termination and contacting at the base, where other crystals once lay, with some bruising are noted but are certainly only a minimal detraction to this glorious gem smoky. Classic and excellent material.
