Item Description
A gorgeous, 1960s era, polychrome tourmaline from the famous Santa Rosa Mine of Brazil. The gemmy and lustrous, emerald-green body, with a hint of teal-blue, has narrow, teal-blue zone just below the lustrous, black, slanted, complex pyramidal termination. Complete all-around and very nearly pristine, the very trivial sidewear is barely noticeable. The base is actually healed. Classic, old-time material from this renowned locale. The UNRETOUCHED backlit photo highlight the gemminess and beautiful color saturations. Ex Steve Smale Collection. 14 grams.
