Item Description
A 3.5 cm, gem, doubly terminated phlogopite crystal, with lovely rich golden amber color is jauntily set on large marble matrix with many fragments of smaller crystals. The quality of the phlogopite is very fine for this locality, and these specimens are not nearly as obtainable as they were a few years ago. The crystal GLOWS, when backlit. Greenish-yellow fluorescence for the phlogopite and red for the marble. Valued $400-500
