Item Description
A fabulous, 2.0 x 1.3 x 1.1 cm, translucent, gemmy, layered, olive-green, muscovite "book" is very jauntily set in pegmatite matrix of smoky quartz and feldspar. The muscovite has high luster and textbook, hexagonal crystal form. This very fine combination piece is from a rare New Hampshire locality. Ex Robert Whitmore Collection # 1452 and acquired in 1984. RARE material.
