Gorgeous, gemmy and lustrous, yellow mimetite crystals are festooned on two sides of the elongated sulfide matrix on this outstanding and classic specimen from the famous and now-closed Tsumeb Mine. The largest needle is 1.1 cm and it is doubly terminated! This is really top shelf, scintillating, gemmy mimetite for Tsumeb. It's not from the fabulous 1971 "Gem Pocket", but it's darn good. Ex Rob Smith Collection, a noted Tsumeb specialist. Valued at $750.
