A gem of a 3-piece deal of gorgeous gem indicolite tourmaline pencils. The vivid indicolite blue gem elbaite crystals are from an old stash from the Ed Swoboda Collection. These superior pieces are from the famous 1968 find. All three crystals are terminated. According to "Minerals & Precious Stones of Brazil", page 534, "the pegmatite known as Golconda II produced more than five hundred kilos of elbaite of intense blue color, which for a long time was considered the international reference for the indicolite variety." Where has it all gone? Probably cut into gem stones. Nearly 4 grams total mass. This is the last of the small lot we purchased. MUCH, MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!!
