Item Description
A gorgeous, golden-yellow heliodor crystal from 1970s or 80s finds at the Sapucaia Mine of Brazil. This gemmy and lustrous beauty has true yellow color in the slightly tapered body. The termination is an unusual pinacoid with rounded edges. The chip off of one side is on the back and is out of sight. Brazilian heliodors of this quality from this locality are very seldom available and are very highly desirable. 18 grams. Ex Robert Whitmore Collection. Valued at $1000-1200.
