Gem interpenetrating purple fluorite cubes, to 1.8 cm, cover the large nearly solid fluorite matrix plate on this very rich and showy large specimen from this famous Weardale mine. Preferential hematite coatings on crystal faces add character and interest. The interior is nearly pristine, with only a few hard-to-see lightly bruised edges and the one cleaved crystal face. Super fluorescence under LW UV and any bright light! Classic and excellent large Frazer's Hush fluorite. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!
