Item Description

Gorgeous, gem, emerald-green fluorite cuboctahedrons are starkly contrasted by the field of small, oxide-coated barite blades on this impressive and colorful, large mounded specimen from the famous Okorusu Mine and the Art Soregaroli Collection. The cubocts reach 4.7 cm and many faces have striking, preferential, dense stepped-growth with a purple overcoat! Two dings to a single crystal are noted, along with one other small bruised edge. This remains a very fine large combination fluorite with shocking rich green color and super gemminess. Purple fluorescence. Rare in this quality. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!
