A "gem" of a 17-piece deal from the Dr. Ed David Collection. Gemmy and lustrous, yellow-green, fluorapatite crystals from the famous Cerro de Mercado iron mine comprise the lot. All of the crystals are sharply terminated and complete all-around. Two crystals have attached matrix. Side wear is at a minimum or absent on the crystals. There are 2 miniatures and 15 thumbnails. A classic and older large lot of gemmy fluorapatites from this noted locale. The glass-topped box is 22.2 x 17.0 x 2.5 cm. Valued at $750
