Gem Epidote xls w/ faden (ex Obodda)

Item Description

An outstanding small cabinet gem epidote crystal cluster with a striking faden from the Herb Obodda dealer stock. The very sculptural, opposing, parallel-growth, olive-green blades are attached to the faden or "string", which also has tiny byssolite fibers. This exceptional epidote is pristine and looks great from either side. These came out about 10 years ago and you don't see many around today. Herb valued the piece at $350, then. It is certainly worth more today in this fine quality.
