A STUNNING, DEEP GREEN, EXCEPTIONALLY GEMMY AND BRIGHT emerald crystal measuring 3.2 cm, firmly nestled in crystallized (and notably contrasting) calcite with shale matrix. What is nice about the piece is that the crystal is implanted so thoroughly that there is no question of its authenticity. The color and internal gemminess are extremely high. A trivial bit of termination edge wear, as well as contacting on the lower portion are noted, but have very minimal impact to the very high quality of this gorgeous crystal. One side of the piece has been sawed to enhance the outstanding display quality. This is a fine miniature for any collection...and is MUCH, MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!! Valued at $4000.
