A beautiful gem, green pencil tourmaline from the famous Gillette Quarry at Haddam Neck, Connecticut. The crystal has excellent bottle-green color saturation. Classic Haddam Neck green elbaite material. Pristine. 5.28 carats or just over a gram. Always in demand, these are true US classics and hard to come by! The former dealer priced this at $250.
