Gem Clinozoisite

Item Description

This locality is known mostly for its fine tourmalines, but recently there was a find of superb gem clinozoisites, as seen in this wonderfully gemmy crystal of fine clove-brown color. It has great luster, a super complex termination and is complete all around. Nearly pristine, a trivial bit of termination edgewear and contacting on the back are noted, but are out of sight in the display view. Weighs 22 grams.
