A 5.5 cm beautiful gem ice-blue celestine crystal dominates this sculptural small cabinet of densely intergrown crystals. The upper 2.7 cm of this crystal is water-clear gem and all of the major crystals have classic textbook chisel terminations. The very gemmy horizontal crystal in front of the large crystal is 4.3 cm. Very nearly pristine. A small ding on the frontal edge of the large crystal is barely noticeable and all of the many remaining crystals are pristine. The noted periphery wear is certainly acceptable in the context of these specimens, which come from geodes. These are generally considered to be the world's most beautiful celestines and this is an excellent example. Comes with a custom-made and engraved lucite base valued at $145, for free.
