A statuesque, sharply terminated, water-clear, gem, colorless calcite crystal from China. The unusually flattened hexagonal crystal is strikingly accented with the iron oxide inclusions at the base, nifty subtle stepped growth faces and a few interior veils. A stunning 360-degree calcite, very nearly pristine, with only a couple of trivial edge wilbers. Rare in this style and quality.
