Item Description

Jalgaon twinned calcites of this size and quality are always in demand and are seldom available. A classic, water-clear, blocky gem with high luster, fine light amber color and complexly twinned with several interpenetration angles. There is a nifty shimmer to the faces, also. Complete all-around, the contact is at the base. Two patches of tiny embedded stilbite blades are noted, with no damage. The very minimal edge and side wear is certainly a modest detraction. A very fine, large, 360-degree calcite. MUCH, MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!
