Item Description
A beautiful older gem bi-colored tourmaline with a very unusual termination from the famous Himalaya Mine. This gem is totally limpid and is pristine. The base is a gorgeous rose-red with a starkly contrasting pastel-green mid-section. The termination is a lovely rose-pink. The modified pinacoidal termination is highly unusual. The three pyramidal faces are frosted, while the three flattened edges are water-clear! 8 grams mass. Older material from the 1970s or 80s. Ex Pala International Company Collection and was long on the display at the Fallbrook store. Valued at $1250-1500. MUCH BETTER IN PESON!!
