A stunning and rare gem aquamarine crystal from Governador Valadares. The limpid crystal has a lot going for it with beautiful seafoam-green color, very complex heagonal shape and a very complex pinacoidal termination. The prism and termination faces are very lightly frosted. Complete all-around with just of bit of side and termination wear, which is certainly only a minimal detraction. Aquas are rare from this famous area, home of the famous Golconda Mine and date to the 1960s or 70s. 56 grams. Comes with a custom-made and engraved lucite base valued at $145, for free. Fairly valued at $3000-4000 for outstanding gemminess and rarity.
