Item Description

A 5.0 cm, water-clear, gem, light blue aquamarine crystal is strikingly embedded in the side of a mounded matrix of bladed albite on this aesthetic combination specimen from Dassu. The glassy aqua has a nifty, crackly interior from inclusions. The complex pinacoidal termination and the gem sidecar crystal add much character. The albite hosts pearlescent muscovite books. Choice material from the Herb Obodda dealer stock. Valued by Herb at $550, five or more years ago.
