Item Description

A striking gem aquamarine from a seven or eight year-old find at the La Esperanza Quarry. The color is a pleasing blue-green. The very interesting terminated crystal has water-clear to frosted/etched faces with scattered deeply incised skeletal features. This one also has clay inclusions. Argentine aquas are pretty rare! Ex Dave Stoudt Collection. Dave lived and worked in Argentina and established good contacts there. He purchased this in Buenos Aires in 2007. 29 grams. This is the last of the small lot we purchased.
