Some of the finest quality and most diverse quartz specimens in the world come from the Goboboseb Mountains in Namibia. This very fine crystal has superb luster, great gemminess through most of the crystal, a stunning sharp glass-clear termination and gorgeous sharp chevron-shaped layers of pretty purple and smoky color. A very choice, nearly pristine, 360-degree crystal with only one tiny edge bruise and a contact, lower on the back side, where another crystal once lay and with trivial damage, per se.
