Item Description

A very attractive specimen of slightly skeletal cuboctahedral of Galena with sharp, lustrous metallic silvery faces sitting on black lustrous Sphalerite matrix. The largest Galena measures 2.6 cm. The piece is in good shape overall, and truly has a unique appearance with the exterior of the Galena crystals. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock. Originally valued at $500 around 10 years ago, and I estimate it worth around $900-$1000 today.
