Galena with Quartz

Item Description

Dozens of very sharp, silvery, metallic cuboctahedra of Galena measuring up to 2.1 cm are partially coated with drusy micro crystallized Quartz on Sphalerite matrix. G. Minor Chalcopyrite can be seen on the piece as well. Great quality overall, and excellent condition, no realy damage that I can see with the naked eye. Good crystallized pieces of Galena might be common from this locality, but you can't dispute their quality on a worldwide scale, and any good sulfide collection needs a fine Madan Galena in it.
