Galena & Quartz ex Obodda

A 2.8 cm, sharp, splendent metallic-gray, six-sided, galena crystal is dramatically set on the sculptural, L-shaped, quartz crystal crust. The galena is pristine. Colorless calcite rhombs on the front "porch" are a nice accent. The striking quartz crystal at the top is 2.9 cm and is doubly terminated. The bit of noted periphery wear and bruising certainly do not detract from this classic, very showy and excellent combination specimen from the famous mines at Dal'negorsk.
