Item Description
A sculptural and uncommon miniature pseudomorph combination from this less well-known Spanish lead-zinc open pit mine. An aesthetic parallel-growth cluster of pseudo-hexagonal Pyrrhotite plates has been replaced by Galena. The piece is dramatically accented by a rich covering of sparkly Sphalerite microcrystals. Choice material from the Raul Sanabria Collection and acquired in 1998. A fine addition for the pseudomorph or locality collector.
