A striking mound of sharp, splendent, well-striated, brass-yellow pyrite pyritohedrons is capped by contrasting, highly unusual coated pseudomorphs. Splendent, metallic-gray galena crystals coat three disks of pyrite pseudomorphs after sharp pyrrhotite plates. The largest pseudo is 1.5 cm. Such pseudos are very rare and highly desirable from the famous mines at Naica. This outstanding piece is in super condition. Ex Dick Heck Collection. Valued at $400.
