Item Description
Mineral specimens of any type are rarely seen or available from the famous old mines at Siegen, Germany. This fine and showy CABINET combination features sharp, moderately lustrous, battleship-gray galena cubes to 2.8 cm richly clustered on a sculptural matrix of cream-colored, dolomite rhombs sprinkled with colorless calcite rhombs. Pristine, especially fine, undoubtably old and rare combination material from this classic locale. Ex Robert Whitmore Collection. Valued at $500-700.
