Item Description
A classic, excellent, old-time galena on chert specimen from this much less well-known Tri-State mine. The sharp, splendent to moderately lustrous cubes, to 2.4 cm, are artistically clustered atop the chert matrix. Some cubes have stepped-growth faces, modified corners or are partially etched. This fine, old-timer displays well from both sides. Rare Cardin, Oklahoma material. Ex George Feist Collection # 1819.
