Old Tri-State galenas are a classic. This fine compound crystal cluster of sharp cubes has lustrous, battleship-gray color with nifty stepped-growth to smooth faces. The luster is brighter in person. A simple, elegant, sculptural specimen. Ex Zukowski Collection. Heavy lead for its size at 528 grams or nearly a pound.
