Item Description

A very fine and aesthetic large galena plate from the famous Joplin Field and the Bob Trimingham Collection. Strikingly isolated, splendent galena cubes to 2.0 cm have fabulous fortification features on some of the cube faces. Such crystal isolation is uncommon from here. The chert matrix is covered with a sparkly, unknown druse with a few nifty gemmy rubyjack sphalerite crystals. More gemmy rubyjacks on the back are a super accent. Pristine. A classic and most excellent large old-timer from this noted locale.
