Item Description
A striking, 1.9 x 1.8 x 1.5 cm, spendent, pristine, battleship-gray, galena cube is dramatically perched on knobby combination matrix of marcasite rosettes, galena and sphalerite on this outstanding miniature from the famous Sweetwater Mine. The 8 mm galena octahedron is a super accent to this very aesthetic two-sided piece. The Sweetwater Mine was formerly operated by the Ozark Lead Company. 1970s or 80s material.
