An impressive combination specimen highlighted by the splendent, metallic-gray, galena cube with a striking stepped-growth face. The bifurcating cluster of stacked, oxide-tinted, nailhead calcite rhombs is a most dramatic accent. The matrix underneath is massive rubyjack sphalerite. The galena and calcites are both pristine. Sparkly drusy quartz coats parts of the galena. Classic and excellent sulfide combination material from Dalnegorsk and dating to the 1980s or the early 1990s, when this material was just coming to market. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock.
