Galena & Calcite ex Obodda

Item Description

A showy and excellent two-sided galena combination from the famous mines at Dal'negorsk. The mounded matrix consists of sharp, highly lustrous, cuboctahedrons with unusual lightly frosted/skeletal/melted-look faces. Colorless calcite disks richly and preferentially coat the back side of this piece. Light pink calcite fluorescence. Specimens of this classic quality came out in the 1990s to early 2000s.
