Item Description
Intergrown, splendent, metallic-gray, galena cuboctahedrons to 2.6 cm are aesthetically clustered on the large sculptural matrix of bi-colored, lustrous, translucent to transparent, purple to yellowish-tan fluorite cubes. The impressive large cube is 4.4 cm on edge and some nifty edge phantoms are noted. This showy and excellent combination is from the Slitt Vein of the famous Blackdene Mine. Pristine, except for periphery wear. It displays well from two directions and has SUPER purple fluorescence. Ex Bob Trimingham Collection and purchased in 1978.
