A striking and excellent, old-time, LARGE CABINET, combination specimen from the Picher Field, Oklahoma portion of the famed Tri-State District. Lustrous, sharp and discrete, battleship-gray, galena cuboctahedrons with nifty fortification features with rubyjack sphalerite microcrystals are richly and attractively scattered on the contrasting, sculptural chert matrix. The galena crystals reach 1.2 cm on this very fine and classic combo piece from the Howard Belsky Collection.
