A textbook, 1.8 x 1.4 x 1.4 cm, splendent jet-black franklinite octahedron proudly sits atop the blocky calcite matrix richly studded with franklinite crystals and crystal sections on this classic and very showy combination from the famous Franklin area mines. The beveled edges on the octo add pizzazz. Nearly pristine, the spot of corner wear on the octo has very minimal impact to the high quality of this classic, rich 360-degree small cabinet combination. Neon-orange calcite fluorescence. Valued at $1000+.
