Franckeite (ex Allen Heyl Collection)

Wow, this is an interesting rarity. Here we have a seldom seen piece of the rare iron lead antimony tin sulfosalt, Franckeite from the Kalkar limestone quarry in California. This is certainly just a reference specimen, but it's the only one I can remember having to offer for sale. It features silvery-grey spots of Franckeite on host rock matrix. From the collection of Allen Heyl, who obtained it from the David Harrison collection via the Rocksmiths.
