Item Description
A pleasing matrix cluster of equant, lustrous, lime-green, peridot crystals from Soppat, Pakistan. This is a classic and very uncommon matrix example of what have become some of the finest peridot crystals in the world. No world locality has produced the quality and quantity of euhedral peridot crystals like Soppat. A few of the crystals are gem quality, cutter material, while the rest are gemmy/translucent. IN different lighting, sun vs. fluorescent, the color is different, please note. The crystals are all pristine on the display view. These were relatively common for a short while and now are hard to get. Nicely displayable from several angles. An excellent matrix peridot specimen from the Wes Parker Collection and valued at $900
