Forsterite var. Peridot on Magnetite ex Obodda

A nifty combination from the Herb Obodda dealer stock. Gemmy and lustrous to translucent, lime-green peridot crystals are aesthetically attached to an intergrown cluster of sharp, lustrous, dark metallic-gray, magnetite dodecahedrons. The periphery wear noted to the magnetite on the left is noted, but is certainly only a modest detraction to this showy and excellent thumbnail. Valued by Herb at $400, over five years ago.
