Item Description
Elmwood purple fluorites are classics of the mineral world, although recently sparse on the market compared to the amounts of past years in the 1990s and early 2000s. This specimen features sharp lavender-purple crystals to 2.2 cm across, perched on robust crystals of sphalerite. This is typical of older material (the sphalerite style) from the 1980s and 1990s eras of mining. It is a very aesthetic, balanced piece, complete all around except a few small dings or damages (to be fair, only visible on really close inspection). Valued $300-500.
