Fluorite with Schorl and Feldspar

Item Description

This is a very attractive little association specimen with a stark contrast between the rich green Fluorite, the jet black Schorl and the creamy white Feldspar matrix. The Fluorite is cubic in habit and measures 1.5 cm on edge. The Fluorite is contacted on the bottom, but 90% of the crystal is there. The largest Schorl crystal measures 2.4 cm long with sharp, lustrous, smooth faces. Very eye-catching for the size. A great association piece of this well known contemporary classic material.
