Item Description

An aesthetic and uncommon, fluorite and quartz plate from the recent, very highly touted finds at Riemvasmaak, South Africa. Intergrown, gemmy and lustrous, unique grass-green fluorite octahedrons to 2.4 cm are jauntily set among quartz crystals. The fluorites are pristine. Dramatically attached to the octos is a rare, for the locale, 5.8 cm frosted quartz scepter. The tip of the scepter is lightly contacted. This fine piece has rareness, dramatic quality and size. Mark my words, these are contemporary classics. The color is INTENSE, deep green, very impressive on this piece! Ex Jack Halpern Collection. Jack is renowned for his great taste in aesthetics. MUCH, MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!!
