Fluorite with Quartz (ex Soregaroli Collection)

Item Description

A classic example of cubic Fluorite with Quartz from Durham, England. Unfortunately, the label doesn't have a more accurate locality, but I'm sure a UK Fluorite expert could give us a bit more insight to where it's from (possibly the Whitheeaps Mine?). The piece features a predominant, sharp, lustrous, gemmy cubic Fluorite crystal with multicolor areas of lilac / lavender, soft green hues and colorless zones that is studded with small, lustrous, white, bipyramidal Quartz crystals.
