Item Description

Here we have a wonderful matrix Fluorite specimen from the famous Blanchard Mine in New Mexico. This locality is very well-known for producing some beautiful secondary copper minerals like Linarite, Brochantite, Aurichalcite, etc. but it has also given collectors some beautiful Fluorite specimens over the years. This piece is a great example of said material, featuring soft green colored, translucent, modified cubic crystals of Fluorite measuring up to 3.2 cm on edge associated with little sparkling Quartz crystals all over the matrix. Very good condition all around, with no major damage on the display side. If you collect Fluorites or minerals of New Mexico, be sure to pick this one up.
