Fluorite with Ferberite and Calcite

A classic association specimen from the famous Yaogangxian Mine featuring gemmy, sharp, well-formed, cubic, purple crystals of Fluorite measuring up to 1.7 cm on edge which are associated with sharp, rather lustrous, striated jet-black colored blades of Ferberite measuring up to 4.2 cm and highlighted by minor Calcite crystals. The Fluorites have a few minor imperfections, but they are in great condition overall. The Ferberite crystals have a strange pseudo-etched appearance around the edges with an unusual almost "stepped" growth. I've never seen Ferberites quite like it from this mine. Valued at $450. It seems that specimens from this prolific locality are dwindling, and a piece like this is certainly less common on the market.
