Item Description
This impressive LARGE CABINET plate is from a very unusual find of light gray to colorless fluorite from Berbes - the purple/blue is much more familiar. The waxy luster, glassy crystals are up to 2.7 cm and there are visible phantoms inside some of the crystals. Pretty, bladed, snow-white barite crystal clusters are a fine accent to this large, sculptural, mitten-shaped plate. Very trivial, barely noticeable bruising is noted. A striking large fluorite from the famous mines at Berbes.
