Item Description
This famous Colorado mine is renowned for its superb pink rhodochrosite and beautiful green fluorite specimens. Sometimes they occur together, as in this showy and excellent specimen. The pleasing green, translucent, fluorite octahedrons reach 2.4 x 2.4 cm and are richly and beautifully accented with pastel-pink rhodo rhombs. Some of the fluorite faces are lightly frosted. This piece is actually in excellent condition, with only very modest periphery wear. Ex Jaime Bird Collection and valued at $750-900. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!
