Dramatic and sculptural large fluorite from Riemvasmaak. A striking intergrown cluster of stacked, unique emerald-green octahedrons is dramatically set atop the matrix of complimentary drusy quartz-covered fluorite crystals. The richly covered, gemmy and lustrous crystals have lightly frosted faces. The crowning octo is 2.8 cm tall and there is a hard-to-see, impressive, large 4.8 cm octo in the cluster. This very fine 360-degree cluster is complete all-around and pristine. The noted basal periphery wear has very minimal impact to the overall high quality of this comtemporary classic fluorite. Rich purple fluorescence and surprisingly a bit of neon-green hyalite opal fluoresence. Choice material from the Paul Zerfass Collection # 210. Valued at $1500 and worth it.
