A VERY RARE and excellent large combination from this most obscure Santa Catarina State locale. Fluorite is known from Cocal do Sul, but plumbogummite is not listed for any Santa Catarina State locale in MINDAT. A sculptural stacked cluster of lustrous, translucent, greenish-purple fluorite cubes has starkly contrasting preferential coatings of tan plumbogummite, an uncommon secondary lead phosphate. The well-placed large cube at the top is 4.3 cm. Moderate rich purple fluorescence. RARE and showy large combination material from the Matioli Collection.
